Ranking and order is an important topic in banking question paper under the logical reasoning section; it involves an arrangement of the position or ranks of an object or a person either from left to right or top to bottom.
In MCQ on Ranking required to identify the positions of elements within a sequence or group based on specific criteria such as determining ranks from the left, right, top, or bottom, as well as identifying the total number of persons, products, or elements in a given arrangement.

  1. In a class of n students. Akhil’s rank is 42 from the top. Sahil’s rank is 19 from the bottom. There are 29 students between Akhil and Sahil. Find the value of n.

Sahil’s rank is 19 from the bottom. Hence, his rank will be n – 19 + 1 from the top.
